charming-hotels-madeira.com presents Madeirabrygga Kristiansund Resort & Casino and allows visitors to send booking and general enquiries by email. The website is an information service only:

• there are no online sales, no shopping basket and no user accounts;
• no payments of any kind are requested or processed on the website;
• no online gambling is offered: there are no real-money or free games, no betting, no bonuses and no links to gambling services;
• forms on the website do not transmit data to a server. They prepare an email in your own email program, which you decide whether to send.

A booking is only made once our reservations team has confirmed it to you in writing, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

3. Brand story notice

The history of the Madeirabrygga warehouse, the named venues and the dates in the timeline on our homepage form part of the Madeirabrygga brand story. They are inspired by the real klippfisk heritage of Kristiansund and its historic trade with Portugal, but they are presented as a narrative and should not be read as a historical record.

Photographs and illustrations on this website show the character and design concept of the resort. Furnishings, views, menus and decorative details may differ from those you experience during your stay.

4. Content accuracy and rates on request

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors at all times. Opening hours, menus, treatments, events and tours may change with the season.

All rates, menu prices and packages are provided on request and confirmed in writing before any booking. Applicable taxes and currency are stated in the written offer.

8. Responsible gaming and age restrictions

Salthuset Casino is a land-based casino inside the hotel. Entry is restricted to guests aged 18 and over who present valid photo identification. The right of admission is reserved, and self-exclusion can be arranged with our staff on request.

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. If gambling stops being fun, free and confidential help in Norway is available from Hjelpelinjen on 800 800 40 (hjelpelinjen.no (opens in a new tab)).

In line with Norwegian law, alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over, and spirits only to guests aged 20 and over. The Madeira Cellar is an 18+ area.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The use of this website is governed by the law of Ukraine, as set out in our Terms of Service. Contracts for accommodation and other services at the resort are governed by the law stated in our Terms and Conditions.

If you are a consumer, nothing on this website limits the mandatory protection you enjoy under the law of your country of residence. In particular, the rights of consumers under Norwegian consumer law and under the law of any other EU/EEA state remain unaffected.

Note for consumers in the EU/EEA: the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so it can no longer be used to submit complaints. You may still contact the consumer authority or an alternative dispute resolution body in your country. In Norway, consumers can turn to the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet), which offers mediation in consumer disputes.
